- Select Tools > E-mail Accounts
- Check Add New Account and then click Next
- Check POP3 and then click Next
- Fill in User Information and then click Test Account Settings . If thetest fails then verify your settings and try again. Click Next .
- Click Finish
Checking Account Settings
- Select Tools > E-mail Accounts
- Check View or Change Exisiting E-mail Accounts and then click Next .
- Select the account that you wish to check the settings for and then click Change
- Verify all of the account details and then click Test Account Settings to be sure that they work. Click Next .
- Click Finish
