From the Product Manager;

1. Click the Add Pencil at the top of the Categories Column.


2. Give your Category a name.


3. In most instances you should leave the Parent Category set to Root.


It is possible to create categories within categories.

I.E. you might have a category called Trousers and within that category you might have categories called Casual and Formal.

To do this you would need to select Trousers as the Parent Category for the Casual and Formal categories.

4. Upload an image to represent your category. Do not optimise this image as the Shop Clip-On does this automatically.


5. Type a brief description to summarise the products your category will contain.


6. Click Update and there is your Category ready to add Products to.


If you want to edit or delete a Category you just click it’s Edit Pencil or Trash Can icon.
